Dr. Bruce’s front office staff is rude. He is not accommodating. Sad. Very, very sad and disappointing. Patient was running 15 mins late to appt due to cab being stuck in traffic. I arrived before patient. The appt after us was there. I asked front office staff, if we could switch since she was there and we’d take her appt. They refused to switch- guess they wanted to leave early. Front office staff said they asked Dr. Bruce about the switch and he said no.
