It was such a pleasure to work with David St Germain. He is professional, knows his stuff and is on top of the market. He offers friendly advice as well; anytime you need advice. He is there jolly on the spot, communication is always important to him. We lisited our house on Tuesday and sold it on Thursday for full asking price. Again, he knows the market.
