I see Mindy; I love her and don’t mind driving the distance but this place is consistently over an hour behind. every time I come here I am waiting and waiting, and it’s the same for phone visits too. I scheduled this on my day off at a time that worked for me, not two hours later. it’s funny because they have a sign that says if you are 15 minutes late they will cancel you but we can sit in a room for 90 minutes and just have to deal with it.
Megan the receptionist is beyond amazing She went above and beyond for us. My appointments were all overbooked at the hospital then got canceled and she sat there for 15+ mins talking back and forth with the doctor that way our son could be seen that day and rebooked all my other appointments that were canceled at the main campus❣️ Then Doctor Anthony J. Great health care, consistently! My PCP is Mindy Schuller. She has been mine for several years and I used to see her at Middleburg Hts. Metro. This is a farther distance, but I have no problem driving farther to see her for my care. I would go to the Eastside of South. The front desk is always friendly to me and so are the nursing staff. Ive been calling all day because i am completely out of my prescription. Not enough for tomorow. Some doctor ive never ever seen denied my requests, i dont understand why someone ive never even met gets to decide if i get my medication or not. They will not talk to me or communicate with me. Every person ive talked to just "sends a priority message". Keep in mind this is blood sugar medication, not drugs or something stupid.
