I can only speak for our experience with the Pediatrics dept, but I was very impressed with the staff at this facility. They take extra time to ensure your child is comfortable. The entire visit from check in to discharge was a pleasure!

Rude nurse staff, lady got smart mouthy and sarcastic with me because I didnt know they using kiosks to check in now, very rude and unprofessional. Metro is sadly slowly going more and more downhill.
