Awful terrible and unprofessional practice. Went for an evaluation for my sons speech therapy and didn't find out we would be charged $400 for the evaluation, even though we have in network insurance, until after the evaluation. When we called to ask why we weren't told ahead of time they said it was because someone in their office was on vacation. Then we asked to talk to a supervisor they told us they didn't have to tell us how much things cost ahead of time and that it's up to the patient to look into that ahead of time. ... read more
Prior to enrolling my son in therapy I was so nervous. Rest assured the staff at MetroEHS is wonderful! They are patient, loving, high skilled, and welcoming to children. One of the best decisions I’ve made was trusting them to help my child. #GratefulPost
Metro EHS has helped my daughter progress in speech so much. Every day I pick her up, they tell me she has picked up a new word. When Jessica started she did not talk at all. Now all she wants to do is talk. I may not understand everything she says but at least she is trying to communicate with others.
It's amazing how they work with the kids I love it
