We have been so incredibly impressed with MetroEHS. Everyone is helpful, friendly, kind, and respectful. Everyone is very thorough in their feedback, providing suggestions and constructive criticism, all while being understanding and loving. I don't have a negative thing to say. My daughter has grown socially and emotionally. ABA, Speech, OT and PT are all the best! I couldn't recommend a place more. Thank you MetroEHS! We are blessed that you all have been part of our journey!

I have been taking my middle son Matthew to Metro EHS in Plymouth since 9/2024. We started with speech and we also added OT in January. He sees Katie and Debalina and both have been amazing with him. He is doing so much better, talking more and doing better in school. My youngest son Justin started doing PT this month to help him walk and after two weeks his confidence is up. As a former employee, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. At first, my manager, Katherine Holder, seemed supportive and helpful during training. But that quickly changed—she became condescending, dismissive, and unresponsive to my questions, making it increasingly difficult to succeed in my role. We have been seeing Katie for OT for my 6 yr old autistic son and have had a great experience. Katie is warm and understanding and finds creative ways to help our son. Also, scheduling and billing matters are easy and handled efficiently by the reception staff.

I took my son there when he was barley 2 for speech. I kept him there until he was about 4 for speech then he started OT briefly. Jacob and Courtney for speech were absolutely amazing. They worked with him in the ways that he needed and everything they did we did at home and it work wonderfully. They were so kind and made my son comfortable with going each week.
