This location has people there that are stealing from their patients!!! I came here a couple times and they’re very adamant about their patients making the payments before you leave . i have my bank statements to prove, however once they receive payment they will send it to Tri state capital and say you never paid …. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! make sure you keep your bank statements for proof they will send ur bill to a third party and steal your money !!!

The staff at location were polite and helpful. There billing department was a nightmare. I have never had a medical bill go to collections when to my surprise I receive a collections letter from Tri State Captial. All phone numbers I received to take to question the collection went to Voice mail or just rang. Finaly MedCare billing called me back and told me what the bill was for. I was told they sent the bill via email (check in box and spam) which I did not receive. I was then told I cannot pay the bill with MedCare, I now... read more
