Nine days ago I had an appointment for skin infection. I was seen by physician assistant and given a medication. I use the medication for nine days without any improvement. My situation that worse. I contacted the office on Thursday to check if I can change the medication or do whatever. Nobody returned my call. I contacted the office Friday. Unfortunately the person who saw me previously was off duty!! Nobody mentioned that until 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday. This is very unprofessional .
