I recently relocated to Philadelphia which was a BIG change. Found the perfect "city" spot (space, amenities, views, location, w/parking) everything checked all the boxes. Don't know anything about the condominiums. My ancestors were buried here in the German Lutheran Cemetery in the 1860's before the property was sold and they had to move out! Hope it's a peaceful area.
