Looking for an individual counselor should be an easy process, and I would think, the bread and butter of any mental health company. I made a mistake, however, and did not heed earlier reviews. Communicating with this office is dysfunctional, difficult, callback requests are not made and appointments are cancelled with no explanation. If one is on Medicare, I WOULD AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
