The provider and therapist are wonderful. The scheduling lady needs to take a customer service class, she acts like she can’t do her job a see what works best for client/provider relation. She catch a little slick attitude like I’m supposed to just know what’s available and where things are located and she never said. Makes me want to stop going here and choose a whole different clinic. If she hates her Job she should get a new one Cause customer service is not her strength.
The staff have been great with customer service and support with any question. Everyone is heartwarming and helpful. I’ll be sure to recommend friends and family here, nonetheless I feel that here I have second home as well my kids. I great full for all that this clinic and the staff have done for me and my family from the beginning up to present day…..
