Is there any reason why you all have not updated the new address on Google? It takes 30 seconds… people take off of work and school to handle these things. I can only imagine how many people have scheduled rides to come to this location just for the building to be locked, and to be greeted with this sign. Very inconsiderate to patients who are already battling intellectual disabilities and are seeking help.
Total scam. Wanted me to pay over $750 a month to prive a list for me to call around to find respite services. They money wouldn’t actually go to respite services and they couldn’t guarantee I’d find respite services from their list. They offered nothing but paperwork and an exorbitant fee for “case management”. Do not waste your time. Then they keep trying to send me a bill for declining their “services”.
I’m not a big fan of the doorbell system they have here just because it would be nice to check in with someone at a window for any questions or ask if our therapist was in after waiting 15min for our session. It’s unfortunate this is the only behavioral unit by our home making it challenging to come two times a week as well as operating hours are during work hours making it hard for single working mothers to get the help their children need. Poor counselors services at Samuel location
We are providers who get referrals from this organization. We take care of the clients room and board, meals with in arrears payments. Checks are supposed to be produced at the end of the month and sent out immediately to the providers for receipt within one or two days at the maximum. Metrocare personnel will lie and procrastinate about paying on time You may have to evict tenants because of none payment.
