Horrible! I recently decided to cancel services for my daughter but I feel other parents should really know how they operate. I was approved for speech therapy for my daughter in April, it is now mid August and we’ve only seen a therapist twice! There’s CONSTANT communication and scheduling issues on their behalf when it comes to the therapy but they are consistent with monthly meetings to ensure they get a payment. They was able to help me with the evaluations that my probation wanted me to take, and that was very helpful in every aspect on answering my questions
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel other parents should know about my experience. My daughter went nearly two months without speech therapy services because her original therapist was out sick. I completely understand that emergencies and illnesses happen, but the lack of communication throughout the process was disappointing. I’d give this place zero starts if I could but Google forces you to give a review at least a star.
I am extremely irritated. The woman who scheduled my child's appointment said it was for 6/17 at 10:30Am... I am here on time and the receptionist said the appointment is for 6/25??? but the email that was sent says 6/17 and they won't take her today because they're " Booked" .. I HAD TO PAY FOR A UBER TO GET HERE AND YALL WONT TAKE HER BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE YOU GUYS MADE ?? Wasted my time and money i will not be back. I need to be reimbursed for my uber expenses this is very inconvenient
