Part 1 comment on thus review! This transportation service for the handicapped, elderly or sick community ITS BY FAR THE WORST! Managed by Elites - Beaurocrats top corporate CEO’s etc. that have no idea what’s the view or the side of the patient. CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH-SUPERVISORS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS TO PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE. They are for the most part VERY RUDE, they hang up the calls, etc. if customer has an issue its sometimes quicker and faster to resolve the issue on your own rather than calling, customer service... read more

A couple days ago location was Bowie MD. The traffic was VERY HEAVY. This individual. Tag number C 815170 ABOUT 6:56 PM AT COLLINGTON, TOYOTA Camry White with 2 passengers in the car and was driving very RECKLESS that I had to put my high beams on to get her information. With the roads being the way the are and at this time was VERY DANGEROUS. If you want further info I can be contacted because I have had to use metro access myself . I know how very serious you all take this. Thank you.

So horrible that you left an elderly woman outside for 4 hrs waiting to be picked up. I found her close to 10 pm. Shout-out to Empower, for pulling up in less than 4 minutes to take her home.
