I don’t even like to leave reviews but this one is very necessary! Metro Access sent me the wrong vehicle. They had me waiting for hours to be picked up and and still charged me for the ride. Smh horrible service
They never want for the patients to get on the bus. And are extremely bad at timing
I have experienced some very courteous drivers lately, especially Jerry. Southern gentleman, yes mam and no mam always works for me! But I had just 1 horrible trip on 4/21/2025 that will stick out in my mind always. Very unprofessional driver showed up 1) high or intoxicated seeking
