We worked with Erik to buy our first home and were blown away by his professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. As first time home buyers, he took an exceptional amount of time to explain everything to us and guide us through all parts of the process, and it ended with us being in a home we love. I could not recommend Erik, Chelsea, and Leann any more highly.
Leann, Chelsea and Erik were a fantastic team to work with as we bought our first home in Oregon. This market is very difficult for new buyers and especially those with a VA loan. Despite all that, Leann and her team were amazing with getting our offers written up very quickly and they made sure to run an analysis on all the houses we looked at so we knew that we were getting a great deal.
