This place is shit i hate it it's always breaking down the maintenance people here suck it's a waste of money I advise anybody that wants to move in here not to go get your refunds back and find a different spot because this place is not safe for children everything always breaks down and this place is just run down and shity as hell
No bug problems, rarely any maintenance work required, neighborhood is safe and family friendly, short walk to colonial and decently priced! Loved living there! :)
