Came here for Covid test. Wait was long but Omicron hitting everywhere so I expected that. They let us in earlier to wait because it was raining and cold. Receptionist was knowledgeable, helpful and on point. The nurse who swabbed me did it quick. No complains and Hugh recommended. If I ever had to be tested again, I'd drive here and it'd be worth it.
This place should take "urgent" out of their name urgent care because they are not urgent to help you. I went in for a covid test they wanted to give me a rapid and the PCR ...somebody came in and gave me the rapid and then I waited another hour , stepped outside to let them know I'm in there, they forgot I was in the office it was ridiculous. Horrible lazy, RUDE AND DISMISSIVE staff. Absolutely the worst people to work in the healthcare system. Was turned away with my daughter for a quick 15 minute rapid test with 30 mins until they said they closed. THIRTY minutes. For healthcare workers I’d say that’s down right a negligence of their duty to the health of the public. Dr. Erlin was especially a piece of work! Super dismissive and rude!! Staff was amazing, friendly and made me feel very comfortable, my Doctor was Great she explained everything to me. I will recommend
I went to three other urgent cares. They wouldn’t see me for 2 hours. I came here and they saw me within 20 minutes. Staff was welcoming. The doctor and PA were very helpful.
