I came in today, was seen within 15 minutes, and taken care of by Richard Hammack, the nurse practitioner. He took great care of me and solved my problem right then and there. He took his time and answered all my questions even though I knew he was busy and had other patients to see, he didn't rush through my visit at all. Nurses were friendly too and made conversation with me. It was clean and quiet in the office. Loved it here. Will definitely come back.

I went to the urgent Care in the midst of a COPD flare up. The staff was immediately in tune with the seriousness of my symptoms and with professionalism and with the utmost dignity and respect, cared for me as their patient. Seems like that should be standard at any medical facility but most of you know with the bedside manners of most medical professionals today, this is NOT the case. You can expect to be cared for here.

I went to Metro Urgent Care yesterday since my PCP couldn't see me until the following day to be seen and receive treatment for a sinus infection and conjunctivitis that I'd been fighting for almost 10 days. I was in and out in less than an hour and received spectacular service all around. Every person I spoke to was kind and helpful and I was very happy with the help that I received. The woman made me feel like I was wasting her time. I got a gnarly wound on my finger from breaking up a couple dogs, one of their teeth ended up pulling some of my finger pulp out of my skin. I was in a lot of pain & decided to come into metro. The woman made me feel embarrassed when I came in. I already have nerve damage on my hand & it felt like I may have just done more. Was hoping to get some pain relief (numbing cream.. script for antibiotics from the dog bite .something...) esp as a Type 1 Diabetic but instead I won’t... read more

I had a WONDErFUL experience here on Saturday morning- since the planned parenthood had no doctors they sent me here and I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was. The doctor and nurse were both lovely and answered all of my questions. They worked with my insurance and the entire facility is absolutely gorgeous. I wish this was my pcp!
