I don't know where they found the lady that answers the phone but she needs a lesson or two on customer service. I called for information and she sounded very annoyed from the get go and all of a sudden she just hung up the phone. They need to monitor calls.

Creo que no hay menos de una estrella para calificar a estos personajes es todo un reto hablar con un representante cuando contestan son súper déspotas ,cancelan citas y reprograman a su antojo sin dar un motivo y me dice trankilamente la chica que si la reprogramacion la hace el cliente cuesta 40 dólares 😂😂 es algo de película Dantesca
