It’s a very bad School. Like I had a TEST at Friday at 12:30 pm and they called me in the morning and said sorry we have system issue we are cancelling your slot. Then they said in April we don’t have any day available. And online it shows they has lot of slots available😡
😡They cancelled my appointment and told me that they don’t have any spots available. Even when I booked it they give me the slot and at the end when I asked for refund they said okay but didn’t give me.
Do not trust this company. Their only goal is to drain you financially, offering no genuine support for your issues. I don't know where they found the lady that answers the phone but she needs a lesson or two on customer service. I called for information and she sounded very annoyed from the get go and all of a sudden she just hung up the phone. They need to monitor calls.
