Absolutely amazing staff and make you feel at ease.
Unfortunately we had a technical difficulty while my son was taking the online test. The timer froze, not allowing my son to see how much time was left to answer the question and he got kicked out and failed the test. I called this school over a week ago to try and sort this out, and they said they would email Tallahassee and they would call me back within 48 hrs to tell me their findings, which never happened.
