I did not have a good experience at this dealership. It is a good thing I knew before going in what my trade in is worth. My 2001 Limited Rav4 with just over 100k miles was priced at 2,750. The girl said they could then match auto traders price so she logged on and started filling it out. She argued with me that my car did not have leather and then asked me where. She then proceeded to tell me that the bar on the back is the frame and it is rusting. That would be the tow bar where you attach the hitch. It seems to me like sh... read more
