Do not rent from this company. They are very rude and unprofessional. If you call with any problem you will get transferred to three or four people and get a different every single time. They return rent payments for no reason plus charge a $30 fee for the return payment, and don’t let their tenants know till almost two weeks later. She was compassionate yet professional and worked with me to accomplish what needed to be done. RecommendedWe have lived at Meadow Ridge for 3 years and the service has always been good. This year, we had major plumbing issues that went on for several months, Lori (from maintenance) had her team come 2 or 3 times per week, promptly replacing and cleaning carpets and ceiling tiles on numerous occasions. RecommendedI lived at Metro, Glenlock South, last summer. My roommate trashed the apartment and I was concerned I wouldn’t get my security deposit back. I asked the management team over by 6th ave to check my room out and then compare it to his and then tell me who made the mess. They gave me my entire deposit back!
Dryer has been broken for 2 weeks. I have clothes strewn all over my apartment because they need to dry because I NEED THINGS TO WEAR. All anyone did when I called was say, “I’ll check the work order.” That does NOTHING. Someone finally came to check it, they did absolutely nothing, and said it was fixed. It indeed is not fixed.
