Friendliest & Most Professional People Ever Experienced – Metro Square Dental staff is the friendliest and professional people I have ever experienced in the medical treatment field. From the front desk to the dentist are caring with their patients, and treat them with familiarity as if you were there daily. Going to the dentist is not easy for me because of the drilling noise of their equipment, but I go there with confidence because I know they will take care of my family when we all go there.
A Pleasant & Relaxing Experience Everyone there is always pleasant and that is quite relaxing considering you're coming in to a place where the stereotypical thought is that some pain is on it's way.

Don't have an emergency My husband and I have been patients for many years but whatever you do, never have an emergency because the dentist will not wait for you even though it's only 5:00 and then when you are told to seek help elsewhere and do so you are told not to come back. On a Wednesday my husband was told to wait until MONDAY even though he was in PAIN with a chipped tooth. If your afraid of the Dentist... I have always been really afraid to go to the dentist....until I went to Metro Square. They instantly put me at ease and the entire staff is great. They are gentle, caring and a great place for the entire family. Just a warning...they have a very strict appointment policy and they do not do reminder calls. (They won't let me back because I missed too many appointments.) PROS: great staff, gental caring dentists CONS: hard to get an appointment, no reminder call, strict appointment policy
