A Pleasant & Relaxing Experience Everyone there is always pleasant and that is quite relaxing considering you're coming in to a place where the stereotypical thought is that some pain is on it's way.
If your afraid of the Dentist... I have always been really afraid to go to the dentist....until I went to Metro Square. They instantly put me at ease and the entire staff is great. They are gentle, caring and a great place for the entire family. Just a warning...they have a very strict appointment policy and they do not do reminder calls. (They won't let me back because I missed too many appointments.) PROS: great staff, gental caring dentists CONS: hard to get an appointment, no reminder call, strict appointment policy
Don't have an emergency My husband and I have been patients for many years but whatever you do, never have an emergency because the dentist will not wait for you even though it's only 5:00 and then when you are told to seek help elsewhere and do so you are told not to come back. On a Wednesday my husband was told to wait until MONDAY even though he was in PAIN with a chipped tooth. I scheduled a regular cleaning service on June 22, 2022, at the end of service another dentist came and checked my teeth. To my surprise, they charged me total of $209, said the teeth check costs $73 and cleaning costs $136. I searched the code D4910 and it is not regular cleaning, I did not know they will charge me $73 for the teeth check. If you will charge me for such service, you should tell me before starting the service.
Everyone was very friendly, and took good care of me when i told them i had a bad experience with another dentist. Highly recommend them
