This operation is unorganized and disrespectful. My mother was scheduled for an appointment with Dr Drakes at 1pm in Clinton however, when she arrives they tell her that he's not there, he's at the Oxon Hill office. They call Oxon Hill only to be told that Dr Drakes is done seeing patients at that office for the day and my mom would have to stay at the Clinton office and wait for the doctor there. There are 6... The staff was very pleasant but the doctor was rude and very unprofessional. After waiting to get an appointment for over one month my brother was denied service. After I voiced my concerns and opinion the doctor proceeded to convey this is my practice, and this is how I do business. A couple more words were exchanged then I was asked to find another with my brother sitting on the table waiting to be examined by the doctor. Dr. George Drake is the best pain management doctor I ever had and he make sure that he take care of his patients to the fullest and get every type of treatment for pain management that the people need and to help you out to relieve all the pain that you have been going through the work that he have done on me I cannot complain he's a wonderful doctor and it comes to pain management and having surgery�����
Staff has always been professional and caring. With multiple locations, it's easier to be seen and taken care of. I drive about 1 &1/2 hrs for my appointments because in my opinion they are the best!
