Very unprofessional. Your appointment may be scheduled for 11:00 a.m. and you might not be seen until 1p.m. They treat all the patients in an open area, no privacy. I hate this place!!!

The doctor was very late to his appointments with no apologies to a room full of patients waiting. He came in the office like he just finished tanning and took his time looking at charts. Not like he was not 1 hour late. After talking to other patients this is a routine thing for him. He makes earlier appointments, but does not get there to 2:00 or after! He doesn’t value his patients or their time! So if your time is just as valuable as his, see someone else!
My son had a 9am appointment, it is now 10:08am, and he is STILL sitting in the waiting room, AND they have seated at least two (2) patients with 9:30am appointments. WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, WHEN THEY DON'T FOLLOW IT. They do a GREAT job of wasting people's day's. Where is the "convenience" at?
I am 57 years old and have obviously seen many dentists in my course of life. My circumstances over HOW I ended up at this facility is horrific to say the least. Day before Superbowl I ate a cookie (with nuts) and took a bite into a nut that was hard as a rock to the point of splitting #12 right down the middle all the way into the gum and to the roots. They are a good dentist office. They treat u with so much respect n they like family. They did my daughter braces 😁. I appreciate them for givin my daughter her beautiful smile 😊.
