I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this orthodontist’s office. Although I have good insurance, I felt like I was treated as if I didn’t — as if I was using Medicaid or had lesser coverage. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times felt discriminatory and biased. I did not feel respected or valued as a patient. My experience with metro smiles was great, great customer service.
