Needed to move in right away. Got the unit, plus got a free month. Nice!
When I went in to see about renting a unit in December, the size I needed was not available, but Sandy (the manager) took my contact information and said she'd call me when something came open. Sure enough, in early January, I got a call telling me the unit I needed was now ready. I went in a week later to rent the unit, and I was in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes.
