Great knowledgeable Staff, friendly, and professional. I will recommend them to anyone.
Says to change out the lock with in 48hrs but the lock they provide does not even lock the unit and the stores around dont sell the cylinder locks that are required.
Miss Peggy was awesome and the other lady I dealt with was awesome but since this company has changed from Metro storage all the extra fees and late fees were insane. By the time I was able to come up with the money to pay my storage it was doubled because of late fees. So I do not recommend this place unless You can pay your storage on time. Some of us are struggling out here and I had to pay $200 just to get my mama's ashes out of there. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Really clean place to store your belongings. Mrs. Peggy the manager is super nice and is very friendly she hooked me up with and great unit!
