After my recent bad experience with trying to remove my items from storage (I.e., the office is closed on Sunday, taking almost an hour to get someone at their call center, and having to pay a full months rent even though I was only a few days over the payment date) the manager (Rhonda) and others called to see what they could do. They checked, called back when promised, and due to a number of circumstances, refunded my payment. Very happy with post event handling. Horrible service - closed Sunday when most people store things - in 3 years rent has gone from $100 a month to $280 a month. I removed my things 3 days past my rent date expecting to pay a pro-rated amount for the few extra days. They (since the on premises office was closed I had to call a national answering service - impossible to reach) made me pay another full months rent before they would even give me the gate code.will NEVER use them again.
