Set-up experience was fairly smooth in November. They bill my credit card every month. Today, (Jan 18) I was finally able to drive my son’s car over to storage unit I have been paying on for close to 2 months, as it sat empty. Tried my 6-digit code at gate (written on card when I contracted the storage unit) and it didn’t work. Tried it several different ways w/no success (standing in the below zero temps!).
