Am a current customer and have been so with the previous owners for 20 years. Needed another unit to help with a shipment that was coming in. The new company has a different way of doing things and was worried it was going to be a gigantic hassle, but Juan got me through the process quickly. Really appreciated his efforts on making it as easy as possible for me!
