I had a great experience working with this manager -Makhan! He was very polite and attentive to all my questions. It was easy and comfortable to communicate with him. He helped me find a great parking spot for my trailer. I truly appreciate his professionalism and support.
I've been a customer since this was metro storage. after being acquired by minimall, service has tanked, rent increased 25% mid contract. recommend looking elsewhere. also anyone claiming this place is clean clearly hasn't had to deal with the bird droppings, feathers and general dirt that accumulates around the center drive up units.
Makhan was great! We had an account issue when systems changed and he worked hard to make sure all of our information was corrected. Location is safe and employees are welcoming and professional.
