Metro Self Storage needs to take a hard look at the customer service being provided at the locations overseen by Operations Manager Brendan Hawboldt. Our storage unit access was locked because Metro Self Storage failed to provide updated lease documents for signature. Despite this being an issue created by their own processes, no one took responsibility or offered a meaningful explanation or apology. These people have a lot of storage facilities ,,,great right,,, mabey if they didn't have rats and mice in every single location
Rates go up frequently by a decent amount, and if you think you're paying monthly guess again, they bill every 4 weeks giving them 13 months in a year so consider that if you plan to rent for more than a year.
Currently renting from them, services is terrible. Go anywhere else but metro
