I have been storing my stuff here for about four years. I haven't had any real problems, but my one complaint is that they bill for every 28 days (four weeks) instead of monthly. That way, they get an extra payment every year, and I never know the day my bill is due because it changes by two or three days every month. It's expensive enough as it is. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. The place is clean, and when I call for the rare question or issue, the staff are friendly and helpful.

This facility is so unhygienic and disgusting. Rat droppings everywhere. Water ingress from the front and side unit. The management were completely dismissive and do everything they can to curve away from customer complaints. They are continuously deleting negative reviews because their customer service is so terrible. They did not resolve any issues I presented to them and ended up ignoring my complaints entirely. This company is completely crooked.

They had my review removed. Rats ate and nested inside our couch over the 4 months we had it stored in their climate controlled facility. Ownership gave us the run around for weeks. The insuance doesnt cover rodent damage. Embarrassing response. Literally do not use this location. Disgusting, poor business practice. What a mess.
