Booked online saying it had 24/7 access and satisfaction guaranteed. Showed up to sign my paperwork since the link sent didn’t work. Woman who helped me appeared to be annoyed as soon as I arrived, was not helpful and I felt pressure to cancel my agreement after finding out units are only accessible until 9pm otherwise you pay a fee. They would not refund the “admin fee” of $30.00 (admin fee for doing my own admin smh) even if i chose another storage mart location. That doesn’t make a lot of sense.
