I had a very disappointing experience with StorageMart. Before I paid, I called customer service and clearly explained that my vehicle was totaled and not drivable. I was told I could have it towed onto the property, so I relied on that information, paid the required fee, and arranged the tow. After I had already paid and the vehicle was on the property, I was given a rental agreement and told I could not keep the vehicle there.
