The staff is incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Vincent and Jeffree made the process seamless, were sensitive to offering the best price, and provided outstanding customer service! They worked with me to find the right size units for my needs. The facility is clean, temperature controlled, and access is always easy.
Jeffree made the entire process of renting a unit easy. He was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, understood all the details with the facility, and even had some chocolate and coffee available for us. Thank you Jeffree!

Local personnel are great! Corporate personnel are not. Expect rate substantial rate increase quickly. They wanted to increase mine 25% after 1 month. I complained, so the removed it, but added it back 6 months later. They then try to add ridiculous insurance charges and credit card usage fees. Corporate viewers you as a cow to be milked. Do business at your own risk.
