I wanted to switch to a smaller unit and Joe made it happen seamlessly! He contacted Jen, the property manager, to make sure everything was correct. It was super easy. He found a unit very close to my old one and perfect size for my needs. Thank you again, Joe for your expertise. This is true customer service! And thanks Jen for facilitating the process. I would recommend Metro Northbrook above all others!
Great storage, joining experience and the price. Amazing customer service, the guy who works there gave me a tour and took me to my storage, also helped with filling out things for me online and provided every information I’d possibly need. I love the storage. Easy to use, never overcrowded, super clean.

When using them since they opened five years ago. Had three storage units at one point when we were waiting to close on a short sale. And the past year clearing up a bunch of things from our we have a 10x10 on the first floor. Easy to access, clean and great service. Jennifer and Joe have always provided five star service. I can’t say enough positive things about this storage facility. Super clean, super roomy hallways for maneuvering large pieces of furniture. Ginormous driveway for large vehicles and trucks. Every time I’ve been there summer or winter temperature has always been perfect inside.
