My first experience at this facility it was a Metro self storage , it now has become Storage Mart! I was treated so well by the manager Jen in the past that i decided to come back. She keeps the property so nice and clean! I am never disappointed by the treatment I receive when I need help or just a question answered. I am also quite pleased with Storage Mart as the new owners. Thank you for providing top notch service
I have not been able to open the doors with my code yet. It has been about two weeks of trying to make trips back and forth with my truck to pack up a house and unless I contact the facility from the code box during their office hours or someone is there going in and out at the same time I am unable to access my unit. Extremely inconvenient and would look elsewhere. My code should be working now or they should give me a different code to work with. Jen was outstanding in helping us solve our issues and getting us the exact spaces that we needed. Her customer service was also outstanding!
Jennifer at the Northbrook Storage Mart is wonderful. She is friendly and has helped me manage my Storage Mart account many times. I visit the office more than most customers I think and she always makes me feel welcome which is not the case with other people I have dealt with at other storage facilities.
