Jennifer at the Northbrook Storage Mart is wonderful. She is friendly and has helped me manage my Storage Mart account many times. I visit the office more than most customers I think and she always makes me feel welcome which is not the case with other people I have dealt with at other storage facilities.

I enjoyed opening a storage unit at Storage Mart. It was easy and fast. There are nice elevators and carts available for use. The units are air conditioned and heated and the premises was very clean. The on duty manager Jennifer was very accommodating and extremely helpful. Thank You Storage Mart!
This is a great storage facility on many fronts. Easy and appreciably-sized access for vehicles and delivery trucks. In general the facility is nice and tidy. The longstanding facility manager - Jennifer - is most helpful, personable, and caring (imagine that - in today’s oft- indifferent world!).
