Very quick and easy to rent of their website. Super helpful staff when I came in for the first time.
I would strongly encourage you to find another place. They increased my rent by 25% after three months of being there for absolutely no reason. Just because they're allowed to doesn't mean they should, and then they only gave a two-week heads-up on doing that.
This place has been a gem and exactly what we needed. The facility is clean, safe and easy to get in and out. Working with the staff has been flawless.
I was very happy to be able to get the same 10x30 storage unit I rented last year, but was not happy to get gouged by the price nearly doubling.
I can’t say enough good about this wonderful facility, especially the staff on the phones and in the office. My experience with Dee, Jessie, and Vanessa were beyond exceptional. I wish other storage places could follow the example of these 3 employees on how to do customer service. They are always so helpful and friendly.
