I will never use Bob with Metro Rooter again. Hired him to add a clean-out to a sewer line. He didn't write out a bid, which is a red flag. He eventually did the job (not sure if he got a permit) and I paid him that day. I then discovered his excavator hit an outdoor faucet near the clean-out, bending the faucet and making it inoperable. He didn't disclose this, I had to discover it. I then spent over ten weeks repeatedly asking him to replace the faucet. He rarely responded to any of my requests. Bob Embrey the owner is very, very rude. I would highly suggest to NEVER use this company. He treated his employee so incredibly awful in front of us. The most unprofessional plumber I have ever dealt with!! Stay AWAY from this company! He (Bob) made fun of the dishwasher brand we had bought said it’s “from Taiwan, no wonder”??? Not sure what he meant by that comment, it wasn’t cheap!!!!
Very dependable and finished my sewer repair in a timely manner.
