Mr. Lee responded to our request promptly. We were able to have the project completed within two weeks. We had a fascia board that was rotting and wasps had created a nest underneath. We needed to wait until our pest control company sprayed two separate times to ensure the wasps were no longer active. The project revealed more damage but Mr. Lee was able to adjust and help us with that also with a minimal cost increase. Thank you so much for prompt, high quality service!!
Metro was very responsive in providing an estimate, explaining the process of what was to be accomplished. Gave a fair estimate compared to other estimates I received. Raymond was very helpful in providing additional information to our questions. The work crew was prompt, courteous, proficient in getting the roof replaced. Cleanup was very thorough. Highly recommend their services.
I have a larger house with some difficult roofing/skylight areas, Raymond and Metro Renovator Group did a great job and they also thoroughly addressed all of my roof and skylight issues and answered all my questions and concerns. Metro Renovator provided the best price and most responsive quote. The owner Raymond Lee is knowledgeable and addressed all questions I had. They scheduled and performed the work on time.
