Hanh was very rude while touring , and kept asking if I smoke after I said I don’t, and she also made me tour the apartment by myself while she stayed in the kitchen. It was giving discriminating.
I was given a check for a returned deposit, mind you I had to give a cashiers check, they gave me a check that couldn’t be verified by my bank or wouldn’t be! The funds eventually were received by the bank I deposited it in! But it was flagged it was unverifiable meaning the phone number and address of 333 deming rd llc does not match metros phone number and address! three weeks later they refuse to give me a number to someone in accounting with half a brain, to get this taken care of, instead they keep transferring me back ... read more

The CFO & Co-Director of Asset Management promised to install surveillance cameras this past summer. It’s now Jan. 2023 and still not installed! We recently came back from vacation and our alarm went off twice while we were away. The first time our cat sitter came over and the alarm was going off. A bedroom window at the side of our building was open. The second time we were notified by a neighbor and had maintenance disarm the alarm. We haven’t heard what the problem was.
