Metro Rain Gutters installed gutters on my house but did so in such a way that the water goes beneath my house and is destabilizing the foundation. They cut the gutters off at the ground level instead of routing the water away from the foundation of the house. Now I have a foundation problem.
These people are the rudest people ,that I ever dealt with They make installation agreements and then they totally ignore what you told them .My recommendation: do not deal with these people
Great customer service and follow through. Alexander was very professional to work with, and the whole company from the owner to the installer were very attentive and easy to work with and flexible to our needs. They did a partial change of our rain gutters and informed me of the different types and the benefits of the type of gutters they install.
