Honeymoon time for the newcomers Very run down…management not proactive and no matter how many times they witness violation of lease they look away. If you’re one of the violators then this place is for you. Welcome to the high priced nonsense…overstayed so packing up soon. One star for management - they get an academy award for allowing nonsense.

Worst place don’t waste your money Poorly run by management…pigsty, pot haven & dirty
Smooth and organized The management was forthcoming with showing available units. Move-in was fairly smooth, and the tasks that I needed to get done to move-in were presented to me in an organized manner. When it comes to responding to requests, maintenance has so far, been prompt with their responses and turn-around times. Clean, Updated, & Friendly Community It honestly doesn’t get much better than this in the tri-state area if you’re looking to rent a nice living space with easy access to public transportation. Rent is reasonable for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath compared to other cities in New Jersey. Yeah…Management Clique Find out what management likes and be part of the clique. This will ensure your rent doesn’t increase and you’re full proof protected from any complaints against you by other tenants…they have eyes and ears everywhere so beware! Their expertise is keeping bad tenants.
Offers unlimited smoking & nonsense Poorly managed and tenants are uncontrollable. Gotta be part of a management clique or else!
