We have lived in this property for about two years. Not because we have had zero issues, that’s for sure. Every summer, our AC unit has gone out and they refuse to repair it, regardless of Arkansas’ renter laws stating every unit has to be livable. Btw, an 82° unit in July is NOT livable. When they sent out the SECOND AC repair guy, he told them “it is running inefficiently”so they decided to tell my fiance “it’s running, and if you don’t like it you can turn in your notice to vacate.” It’s not even close to what the repair ... read more
