We moved in on May 1st and have had nothing but problems from the beginning. We checked the filter to the heat/air unit and apparently it had never been changed because it was filthy and had another filthy one stuck in the back of the area where you place the filter, two ceiling fans in in master and front bedroom are not working, refrigerator/freezer is broken (which led us to not being able to stay there until we purchase one ourselves).
