If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely abysmal communication throughout the duration of the lease. However, the nightmare started at move out. I will never be renting from shady Metro again.

I rented for three years under Metro Property Management. While the property itself was fine and I did ultimately receive a portion of my security deposit back, my overall experience was weighed down by consistent communication gaps and administrative hurdles. To begin, the onboarding process was difficult; getting updates on my application status required repeated follow-ups. Already a red flag.
