Metro Property Management is one of the best property management companies I ve dealt with in Detroit. The staff is very courteous and responsive. They even provide a support hotline 24/7 after work hours. I recently had a small appliance issue. It was serviced the same day I reported it and have not had any issues since. The houses they service are nicely renovated without shortcuts when it comes to quality. I highly recommend them.
These guys have their customer service act together...very nice folks. You talk to a real person every time you call, event afterhours! Superb timely service.
