I would look else where. Not good service not good pricing. Been getting jerked around by this company and NOT happy about it.
Just wanted to respond to that negative review for Metro Pool Service. I have been with them for 5 going on 6 years and could not be happier. We have had excellent service and great support through their office and outside cleaning people. They take time to explain if there is a problem and always make sure our gate stays locked because of the 3 dogs that we have. I serve on the Association Board of an older condo complex in Midtown; the pool on the property is over 35 years old, with antiquated equipment which often requires specialized repair and maintenance. I wanted to let people know a little about Metro Pool and if you are looking for a pool cleaning service, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! They cleaned my pool for 2 seasons and in that time they told me that I had a leak in my pool somewhere, I paid a company \$450 to tell me there was no leak, they talked to Metro Pool and asked them if the pump was working properly and they said is was.... BUT they couldnt get adequate pressure to clean the pool so they brought their own pump to clean the pool, charging me extra for every visit over a ... read more
