I asked Metro Plumbing to reconsider the bill they sent me because their plumbers were unable to clear the blockage in the sewer line. "It's on the city's side" and they left. Now the city's crew arrives shortly after I called and they are showing me with their inspection camera where the blockage was, about 6 feet from the cleanout. They are also sending me a bill because it's NOT on the city's side. Metro Plumbing wants their money despite they were wrong, so I paid them.
