Great service had just what I needed.
Please make sure when calling companies that you ensure all employees who work on your home are licensed. My sister did not and now we are finding out the hard way. You should look up names of tradespeople working on your home on the skilled trades ontario website this will confirm that a licensed tradesperson is working with you.. Sadly the fine men from this company are not licensed. Live and learn
Recently had a new hot water tank installed by Nick. Am totally satisfied with Nick's work. Found Nick to be pleasant, respectful and a diligent worker. Nick left the working areas immaculate. Thank you Metro for having such a competent employee.
I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because the owner was reaching out to me to make it right. That's a nice gesture and I appreciate that. But that doesn't change the fact that I paid a bill for a service that wasn't done.
My 89yr. Old fathers air conditioner froze up a wonderful neighbor called them Thursday night for us and they were there Friday morning at 7. The nicest technician came out on his day off and fixed the problem immediately. I can never thank our neighbor , metro and the technician enough that was the most wonderful thing in this heat that anyone could for us. Forever grateful.
