The entire staff is very professional & caring for your needs. Britney, Lianna, Valerie, Lilly & Frank are Always with a smile. I highly recommend this facility.
I have been a patient at Metro since late may working to strengthen my left knee after a meniscus tear. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Brittany. She’s incredibly personable and went above and beyond any expectations I had when I initially began my therapy. I want to like this place overall and tried to be positive but on a real note. They pushed me to write a review, even after I said I would do it and forgot they kept asking me so here is my honest review. I wasn't very attended too. They even had a student there that had me doing upper body despite me being disabled and it took 3 sessions for the head, Frank to notice and tell him not to have me do them anymore. I really enjoy coming to this office. Frank is my Physical Therapist and made a specialized plan to help me strengthen my core after losing my L5. However I appreciate that the plan he has me on not only strengthens my core but also is strengthening my legs (cause we all know that's your second heart) and bringing back my flexibility as well.
