My first impression was not very good as the receptionist was on her phone and unwelcoming as I checked in. Frank did my intake and was upset I forgot my referral (understandable but he could have 1. Said it once and moved on or 2. Told me to reschedule and bring it). I had forgotten it bc we were impacted by a bad storm and my husband took my car to drop perishables off and it was in there. Frank, Dave, and everyone are fantastic and saved me from having to have another surgery. All of the staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and the facility is clean. I spent a lot of time reconditioning they all made it comfortable and even fun! Grateful for them and the level of comfort the give.

I started at another facility after my TKR. I was not happy at all of the help I received and the progress I was making. So, I came to Metro and saw Frank. He helped me immensely. He listened to my concerns, and gave me the right exercises to do. My recovery then went smoothly. He is such a caring physical therapist! I was also impressed how the whole staff works together to everyone's needs.

Awful billing department. Won't return calls, won't fax bills to insurance, will send you a bill every month for half a year. Do yourself a favor and find a different physical therapy practice.
