Staff is very personable, they take time to ask questions and discuss concerns. I recently changed pharmacies and quite happy I did. Pharmacist Mike is awesome. Thx again.

Please disregard the uninformed people who have given Michael & David low ratings. I had been going to Shoppers Drug Mart on Montrose for a few years and they definitely deserve a one star rating. The onus was on the patient and with the specialty of my prescriptions every 28 days, I would have to do 3 things, every time. I would have to remind them verbally (so that they ordered the medication), I would have them put my name in a special reminder book, and then I would have to use their automated system to fill the prescrip... read more
I highly recommend Metro Pharmacy. I was helped by an Asian gentleman, Michael, who was the complete opposite of what I experienced at the nearby Costco. Michael was very attentive, professional, and actually cared about helping customers. The contrast in service was shocking. I will come back here any day if needed.
