Tim is the Best Pharmacist, and should be promoted to Manager, Senior Manager or Director. Tim is very professional, and has outstanding customer service skills. And Tim is very polite, kind, caring, honest, decent, has excellent listening, empathy and summarizing skills, and is very solutions oriented and is an excellent problem solver. Tim definitely needs to be promoted to Manager, Senior Manager or Director.
They have continued to provide excellent service for decades. Never had a single problem ever. The female pharmacist is super educated and so too are the staff. Always willing to answer questions and give answers in easy to understand language. Obviously the best.
