I took my aunt here last night… they took advantage of her because she is elderly. They charged $100 over the price of the Moto phone which was $159 (charged $269). He gave her a used phone, with viruses, no SIM card, a half-way set-up eSIM. Still trying to get into the account. Finally getting it fixed at the Metro on Grant Ave.
Obi is the man! Great customer service, I’ll definitely be going there for now on.
