Really poor patient experience. Many calls to the office resulted in no response. Wait times were very long. It felt like I was a $ and nothing more. I’ve also worked with 3 other ortho’s in my life. All were significantly better, I felt taken care of. I went here out of necessity because of my back, and I couldn’t travel any further. Now that my back is slightly better, I’ll find an ortho slightly further away that can actually care for me.
