I called for someone to come check out the garage door opener I had had installed the year before because it had gotten really loud. They tried to claim they didn't install it, so I asked them to do a service call anyway, even though I was sure they did it. Neal, on the phone, said a service call was $89. Tom comes over, literally looks at the LiftMaster opener and says "that's just the brand, it gets loud over time." He then offered to install a new, $400 opener. I said no. One of my tension springs broke on our door over the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and they had a guy out by 8am the same day. Nick was the service guy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the issue along with a couple other things he noticed but didn't not charge extra for those which I appreciate. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Fantastic gentlemen to work with! I called last Friday to have a garage door fixed. Within 45 minutes, Terry, the owner, was out. Within 20 minutes of him being there, he gave a fair estimate to install a new unit. Wonderful customer service and professionalism. After living in Omaha for 25 years, there's no one else I will go to for service on my garage doors in the future!
