I called for someone to come check out the garage door opener I had had installed the year before because it had gotten really loud. They tried to claim they didn't install it, so I asked them to do a service call anyway, even though I was sure they did it. Neal, on the phone, said a service call was $89. He walked me through the quote & some other items to look at *bearings & rollers, bearings were fine but the rollers on the 18 y.o. door looked bent n worn. So after about an hour, all was replaced and much quieter than before. After watching the process, this is not a d.i.y. project unless you want to spend most of your day doing it, hire the pro, Josh!

RecommendedFamily home has a very heavy redwood garage door. It has been shaking the track and making a lot of noise and not moving smoothly. Josh K and Precision work partner came out to see what they could do. They checked it out, gave me a quote and said it would take about 30 minutes.
